You’re Better at Manifesting When You Feel Good

The truth is that you’re always manifesting whether you feel good or not. However, when you feel good you’re manifesting what you actually want. And if you feel sad, angry or jealous all the time, well that means you’re only manifesting more circumstances that will bring you those feelings. That’s what this article is about.

Your ability to feel good has a direct correlation with your ability to manifest what you want.

Social media is saturated with an abundance of manifestations tips and tricks and if you can only remember one, let it be this one. It is most important that you feel good as much as possible! And I mean genuinely feel good, don’t fake it. (Not that you would be able to fake it in front of the universe lol) I’m not invalidating other emotions. I am pro emotions. I encourage you to feel EVERYTHING, and feel it DEEPLY, and most importantly process all of them instead of shoving them deep down and keeping stagnant energy in your being; that’s not healthy. Feel every emotion but don’t stay in it unless it makes you feel good. Your goal should be to live a happy life. Show gratitude and do things everyday that are going to increase your mood.

Have you ever heard the saying you get what you give? Well, there’s science behind that. The universe acts as a mirror. Your external world reflects your internal world. Your internal world which is made up of the voice in your head, how you speak to yourself and about yourself, your words, your actions, your habits, your diet, ultimately how you love and show up for yourself all these things help determine your mood. And your mood is your vibration and whatever vibration you are emitting out into the world is what you get back. And if you don’t believe me, try it for yourself. Eat junk food, don’t exercise, speak poorly about yourself and watch how miserable everyone else in life seems. Then do the opposite. Eat healthy, move your body, express gratitude and show love to yourself and see how you notice more positivity around you.

You are in control of your life, but not if you aren’t in control of yourself.

Here are 9 of the quickest ways to increase your mood:

  1. Move your body – jump, dance, walk, run, workout, stretch
  2. Shower
  3. Do some skin care/body care; show yourself love.
  4. Put on a fresh outfit, get your hair done etc. because if you look good you feel good
  5. Journal and clear your mind
  6. Meditate and connect to God
  7. Ground yourself and connect to nature
  8. Eat healthy, simple and high-vibrational foods
  9. Laugh as much as possible

You are the only one in control of how you feel. It took me a long time to integrate this. It doesn’t matter if your job sucks or you’re fighting with your partner – you are responsible for your mood. Choose happiness, think about things you’re grateful for, and appreciate everyday you have.
