Happy New Year! My wish for everyone reading this is a year filled with happiness, peace, love, abundance and good health.

A new year is an amazing time to re-invent yourself because the energy around us has changed.

And to change with it, some self reflection is required. Here are some questions I recommend you ask yourself:

  1. If this year was successful emotionally, how would you feel most days?
  2. What are you no longer available for – even if it’s familiar or comfortable?
  3. Who do you need to become for the life you want to feel normal?

It’s important to be intentional with your life. Be specific about what you want and work towards it.

Take some time and answer these questions. This year isn’t just about chasing your desires. This year is about embodiment.

Embodiment is when something moves out of your mind and into your way of being. It is becoming the person instead of chasing the outcome. Instead of thinking or wanting, you are moving, speaking and deciding. Envision who it is you want to be, then act and be that version. You may have a little bit of impostor syndrome at first, but what are you waiting for? Life will pass by quickly. You don’t need to stay attached to stories and beliefs that no longer serve you. 2026 is not small energy. It’s powerful, confident, and demanding.

Having said that I still highly recommend creating a vision board every year. Some days will be tougher than others and you may not feel like doing everything you set out to do. Still, having visuals of why you are working so hard will help push you through those moments.

Remember not everything you set out to do will come true. And that’s because God is still preparing you for it. To achieve it, keep it, and appreciate it. If you are giving it energy, it will happen.

a. In 2025, I didn’t move into my dream house. But, I did renovate my living room. I also started taking better care of it.

b. I didn’t travel to Europe. Yet, I became more financially literate. Now, I can save accordingly for that trip.

c. I didn’t get my dream physique. But, I created a program designed to build the skill of consistency. Now I can achieve it.

If you didn’t get the physical manifestation of your desires, you received the necessary information and teachings. These are needed to attract and hold them on God’s timing.

Be patient, stay focused, believe in yourself and trust God.

If you’re interested in the program I created that helps you build your dream life and the skill of consistency that is required for it, check it out here:
