This weeks article is going to be short but oh so sweet! Today I am going to share with you one thing you can say to make anyone who has ever sent you bad energy absolutely regret it. We’re touching on alchemy while taking back your power. This is simple, yet potent stuff.

To set the stage, your ‘haters’ can be described as anyone who doesn’t like you, whether they make it blatantly obvious or it’s just a vibe you pick up. The people who talk poorly about you or even worse, wish bad things for you… (yuck, stay away) …
After you read this, people talking or speaking negatively to you will never bother you again. In fact, you may even welcome it…
Let me quickly explain what’s really going on here. Ok, so someone doesn’t like you and when you are not there, they are saying bad things about you but what’s happening is even without your presence in the room they are thinking about you, they are talking about you, they are giving away their energy and power TO YOU! Remember back in the day when certain celebrities would say “there’s no such thing as bad publicity” no matter how raunchy or ‘career destroying’ the news was. Well, I’ll explain why that’s true.
You don’t control what other people say or do, so there’s no point in worrying about that. What you do control is how you react to their words and actions. This is where alchemy comes into play. Before getting upset about what they are saying about you or how they are treating you, I need you to remember that they just sent you, their energy. And you my friend, have the power to transmute that energy (remember the universal law of perpetual transmutation we talked about a couple weeks ago? Well, this is it!) They sent you their energy, you have it, and you decide what to do with it – not the other way around.
Here’s what you’re going to say:
“All negative energy that comes my way is instantly transmuted into my _______________”
(fill in the blank with what you want)
A popular one is: “All negative energy that comes my way is instantly transmuted into my generational wealth”
My personal one I use is: “All negative energy that comes my way is instantly transmuted into my infinite success, my timeless beauty, and my overflowing bank account”
And so, it is!
This becomes your law, and you have now successfully transmuted energy.
After I say this, I continue with thanking them. “Thank you for making me more beautiful and richer!”
So now, why does it matter if someone speaks poorly about you? This method has worked wonders for me as I use to have a fear of being seen but now it doesn’t matter what they say, I control the energy – I enter the room and exit the room more beautiful and richer than I was the moment before.
Imagine preparing a work presentation for weeks and when it comes the time to finally present it to your bosses, your co-worker says a very discouraging statement to you to try and get under your skin. You respond out loud to them with “All negative energy that comes my way is instantly transmuted into my infinite success and wealth. This is my law, so thank you.” and proceed to crush the presentation. WOW! I promise you they will flop so quickly and try their hardest not to think about you anymore, because subconsciously they know that this is the real deal. Not to mention, how much higher of a vibration it is to choose not to say anything negative back and instead focus on yourself. This will transform your life. This is the definition of taking your power back. You now can bring true magnetic energy into every space.
